Roof Evolution, and working with Karlo, was an extremely enjoyable experience. Starting from the first day of inspection, Karlo was thorough, noticing hail damage to my roof, and he suggested we go the home insurance route first. Boy am I glad we did, because we had been planning the cost to repair the roof out of pocket!! Karlo navigated us through the entire process, coordinating solar panel removal & re-install as well; and upon day of install the crew was so through and speedy in their work. The cleanup was incredibly thorough too, and my only negative throughout the work was that the tarps the crew laid down ended up killing quite a few of our landscaped plants around the house… so in hindsight we would have preferred more roof mess left behind in order to keep those plants healthy! Otherwise, I would 100% recommended Roof Evolution and Karlo to anyone.

Really knows his stuff. Got answers measurements and coordination with other contractors. The total package was very complex and handled with aplomb by the technicians. Karlo Armijo did fine job tracking the project and handling the many issues that arose on reroofing the flat and mansard sections.

Honest group of people that work hard and are great at what they do!
